Callaghan Innovation, in partnership with the 2035 Oceania Summit and Vegetables New Zealand, is inviting you to join a US and NZ Agritech Discovery Day.
This is an opportunity to connect and have meaningful conversations with leaders in horticulture and agritech from the United States and New Zealand on the bus, over lunch and as we visit some of the region's top growers and agritech companies.
Aotearoa’s agricultural relationships in the United States continue to grow, with strong partnerships being forged through Western Growers, and with the California Department of Food and Agriculture sending their Secretary, Karen Ross, and a delegation of officials and growers to our shores for the Oceania 2035 Summit.
As a follow on from the Summit, we’re hosting this Discovery Day to welcome our attending US visitors, and provide visiting and local growers, agritech innovators and industry partners the opportunity to engage and explore how together we can address the same global challenges.
Over the course of the day we will explore problems and identify opportunities available to both countries relating to managing natural resources, crop management and protection, and labour.

Dress Code: Smart Casual with suitable shoes be prepared for various weather conditions (ie: rain|wind)
Health & Safety Requirement: Clean footwear when entering sites | Must be enclosed footwear
