Customer success guru Dan Steinman says companies that don't do customer success will not survive.
On Wednesday 18 July we were fortunate to hear from Dan Steinman who shared his experience with growing the discipline of "Customer Success" over his career. Dan leads the customer success movement at Gainsight, and previously worked as VP of Customer Success at Marketo. He is also currently a director of PushPay.
Dan presented to around 100 Callaghan Innovation staff and customers, explaining why he thinks having a true focus on, and investment in, customer success is not a "nice to have", it's an imperative. He strongly believes that in today's competitive business environment, companies that don't do customer success will not survive.
