Jennifer Kerr

Jennifer is an experienced independent director and Chair across different industries. She is currently the Chair of WorkSafe New Zealand, Callaghan Innovation and New Zealand Trade & Enterprise. She is also a Director of Eke Panuku Development Limited and Waipa Networks Ltd and is a former Director of New Zealand Rugby. Earlier in her career Jennifer worked in C suite roles predominantly overseeing Human Resources, Health & Safety and stakeholder relations functions in North America, UK, Europe and New Zealand. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts and is part way through a Masters in Crime Science and Security. She is an uri of Ngati Mutunga and Ngati Tama.
