Leading our deep tech incubator
I manage Callaghan Innovation's deep tech incubator programme where my goal is to grow the number of early stage, high risk and deep tech ventures in New Zealand. This work enables me to open doors for inventors and founders that will build leading NZ companies in years to come.
I previously worked in the Health and Technology industries focused on research commercialisation. Where my understanding of both science and business enables me to bridge the communication and commercialisation gap within technical industries.
Within this work I am inspired by the cutting edge research and innovation already happening in New Zealand firms as they take their first steps towards commercialisation. My work closely follows Sir Paul Callaghan’s vision to grow the knowledge economy in Aotearoa to build 100 inspired entrepreneurs. Since Callaghan Innovation was founded in 2013, we are well past that rather modest goal now!
