Variety within the innovation ecosystem
I love helping smart people do cool stuff in my work as a Navigator. I have a long track record working in the innovation ecosystem, first in my native Scotland and now with Callaghan Innovation across New Zealand.
With a background in food and beverage, manufacturing and AgTech, I pride myself in being able to have a conversation with a customer from any sector and business stage. I can understand their needs and how Callaghan Innovation can guide them towards the expertise and resources they need to advance their business.
I find that no work day is alike, no conversation is alike, and this variety makes my job lively and very interesting.
