Hello Forge
Forge is now open for claims, accessing contracts and new grant applications.
Forge is our new and improved grants platform. This page contains all of the need-to-know information about accessing the new platform for the first time, along with some key dates for your diary.
Logging in for the first time
Check your email for details on setting up your account. Search your inbox/spam/junk for “Callaghan Innovation Forge Notification”

Need to know
Thu 10th Oct - normal fortnightly payment run.
Thu 24th Oct - final payment run for claims made in IMS. To be included in this payment run, claims must be made in IMS before the system's closure at 5pm on Mon 14th Oct.
Thu 7th Nov - no payment run - scheduled outage for systems change.
Thu 21st Nov - first payment run for claims made in Forge. To be included in this payment run, claims must be made between platform launch on Nov 1st and 5pm Monday 11 November.
Thu 5th Dec - normal fortnightly payment run (Deadline for submission, Mon 25th Nov, 5pm)
Those that have an IMS profile but have not had an active contract in the past three years will be marked as inactive users and will not be moved over to the new platform. Please get in touch if this may affect you.
